okay, so the dress is actually just this big 2 layered wrap with a waistband. So you can wear it as a skirt in several different ways or as a dress in like 6 different ways at least. Its really cool! Mom got me one in green too, but I haven't found an under shirt for it yet... The way I'm actually wearing it in the picture is supposed to be strapless and tie in the back, but I brought the ties all the way back to the front and up around my neck. Its fun anyways! :)
