Our sweet DalPal passed his 11month mark a couple days ago. And for his 11month birthday, he got a new tooth, tooth #7. He is growing up so fast, to the point that most days he seems more like a toddler now and less like a baby. He is standing on his own, if you missed the earlier post about that, he figured it out in about a day. He has not only let go of holding on to things but he will stand up from being seated and then bend down to grab a toy and back up without falling over. He still hasnt quite taken steps yet, but he will soon. He loves to get in drawers and cabinets and pull out and throw around everything. One of his favorite things to play with is our stack of junk mail. He gets it all out on the floor pretty much everyday. He still loves to be outside! And has no fear of water and is a natural swimmer. He is a great eater! Still loves yogurt, especially sharing one with mom, and all kinds of fruits too. But he prefers to have some of whatever we are eating, and will try just about anything. He has gotten more expressive, doesnt like to sit still long enough to have his diaper changed or clothes changed, and does not like to sit on my lap in Sunday School. He cruises around quietly looking for all the other babies and new things he can stick in his mouth. He says mama, and dad, and yes, pretty clearly, while everything else is still just a babble. He loves his "daddytime," and has started getting fussy when daddy leaves the room. But altogether, he is just one happy kid and brings an enormous amount of joy to our lives! We love him so much! And we can't wait to see him as "big brother"... ;)

Yeah, Mom, his hair only does that now cuz I cut off like 3/4" with the buzzer. Before it was way too long to spike up...
