The big 6 months!

Dallin passed his 6 month mark yesterday, and is seriously learning new things by the minute...
He has gotten alot more active, still not quite crawlin yet, but he rolls around all over in his room. He enjoys gettin into things he can reach. Yesterday, I found him pulllin the bedskirt off his crib, and just gigglin when I caught him. He is up to 27inches, still pretty tall, and 18.5lbs, average weight. His sleep patterns are changing a bit. He has been doing a short nap in the morning and evening and a longer one in the middle of the day, and still sleeps great through the night. We started him on solid foods about a month ago. He loves the rice cereal, liked the bananas, hated the peas, and loves the sweet potatoes. He enjoys sitting up at the table with us, but gets kinda fussy while we are actually eating. He is such a sweet happy boy and already charmed most of the ladies in our new ward here. He loves being here in our new apartment too and has even made friends with the Pews 2 kitty cats. I think he really likes animals, doesn't seem to be scared at all. Each new month, I have gotten him a few new things..At 4 months he got a new shirt and jeans. At 5 months he got some new books, some bigger jammies, and some spoons and bowls for eating big boy foods. At 6 months now, he got some more books, a new toy, bigger size onesies, and some new church pants. Man, I wish I had a birthday every month! I guess if I were growing as fast as he is, I might need some new things every month too. :) Anyways, we love our little man so much, he brings so much joy and purpose to our lives.
