We enjoyed a 3-day weekend together, since Micah had Good Friday off of work! And what a wonderful Easter weekend it was. We are very grateful for the knowledge we have of our Savior and a loving Heavenly Father who has a plan for us and loves us each dearly. We are grateful for a knowledge of our Savior, his love, sacrifice, life, and resurrection. How different our lives would be without these sacred things! I was able to participate in a musical ensemble in sacrament meeting, a version of "There is Sunshine in my Soul". It is a beautiful song and I love to think about Christ as the light and sunshine in our souls, and that we should let that light radiate to all around us. I hope you all had a wonderful weekend as well...
Micah hates that I let the last unclaimed bananas get stinky and brown, but thats when they are the best for making bread. And Dallin loves banana bread muffins, so I let him help me make some this weekend. We made a huge mess! But it was very fun! Dal loved helping so much, he screamed and had a tantrum when it was time to clean up all the sticky mess and do something else. He mostly loved playing with all the measuring cups and trying to scoop the batter and dump it on the counter or floor...hehe :) He did do really well mushing the bananas up in the bowl! Fun times! :)
